Description: Fisher Phillips seeks a staff attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to work in California. Client development is not required. The ideal candidate will have employment and/or insurance defense experience. As a staff attorney you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters without the demands of a partner-track position.
