Notice of 2020 Annual Member Meeting

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to invite you to vote on the 2020-2021 Board of Directors to continue the great work of the Orange County Lavender Bar Association!

This message provides notice under section 6.3 of OCLBA's Bylaws that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Orange County Lavender Bar Association will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. at Aitken Aitken Cohn, 3 MacArthur Place, Suite 800, Santa Ana, CA 92707. However, the Board intends to conduct the election by written ballot, through electronic mail, pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Bylaws. All Attorney Members of record as of October 8, 2020, are eligible to cast a ballot in the election.

Please download the ballot and return it electronically no later than Thursday, October 8, 2020, to [email protected].
